How many friends can I bring and all receive services at the same time?
That's a great question and one we get asked often. We have 5 pedicure spas, 5 manicure stations (6 Licensed Nail
Techs), two massage rooms (3 Licensed Massage Therapists), one massage chair that can be brought out into the
pedi/mani area for quickie 15 minute massages, one facial room (3 Licensed Estheticians) and the massage room can
be used for the second facial if desired. We have two HydroMassage beds in separate private rooms that are always
a hit. We also have a treatment room that is used for waxing, lash/brow tinting, body buffing, ear candling and it is
equipped with a shower. Airbrushing is in it's own room. All you have to do is call our salon coordinator, Manda, and
she will work out all the details with you.
I have a gift certificate for a pedicure but was wondering if I could use my Gift Certificate for
something else?
Our gift certificates can be applied towards any service, however, they are non-refundable. It is against salon policy
to purchase another gift certificate using your gift certificate.
I am soon to receive my first facial, do I need to take my make-up off before I get there?
It's not necessary, our Estheticians are going to double cleanse as part of your facial, so come as you are.
Some salons charge extra for a French polish, does Personal Touch?
No, we consider a French polish same as a doing a color (some of us consider it easier!).
Do you offer services for men?
Of course, we welcome men for all services with the exception of Brazilian waxing.
If I get a group of friends together for a spa party, may we bring food and alcohol?
We host many parties and are happy for you to bring food and drinks whether alcoholic or not. We will be glad to set
a table up and provide soft drinks and ice. Please call well in advance and Manda will advise you regarding specifics.
What is the expiration for your gift certificates?
We give one year to use your certificate (which is 9 months longer than most salons). We really want your business
and will try to be accommodating.
Can my boyfriend and I get a couples massage?
