When booking multiple services, please call at least two weeks in advance so that we may accommodate your schedule.
When a large party is booked with multiple clients & services a 15% gratuity is added to each ticket.
All PCA chemical peels require our complimentary consultation prior to first session.
When having a pedicure, please bring thong-type sandals so all of your toenails are uncovered to allow for polish.
Also, shorts or loose legged pants are most helpful during pedi to allow us to properly exfoliate and massage your legs.
Clients on certain medications are unable to receive waxing services due to possible skin damage.
If you need to cancel your appointment please give us 24 hours notice so that we may fill that time slot.
Our gift certificates have a one-year expiration, although non-refundable they can be transferred to someone else.
Gift certificates may NOT be used to buy gift certificates.
